Requests submitted through this form are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in line with ICANN policy, including the principles underlying ICANN’s Registration Data Request Service (RDRS), and applicable privacy and data-protection regulations.

Submission of a request does not guarantee disclosure. Where disclosure is approved, only the minimum data necessary to address the stated purpose will be provided.

How We Respond

All communication regarding a disclosure request will be conducted via the email address provided by the requestor at the time of submission. This includes:

• The official response to the request, whether the request is approved, denied, or partially approved.
• Any follow-up correspondence seeking additional information or clarification needed to evaluate the request.

Requestors should ensure the email address provided is accurate and monitored, as it will be our sole channel of communication for the request.

Response Timeline

• Acknowledgement of receipt: Upperlink will acknowledge receipt of a disclosure request within two (2) business days of submission.
• Substantive response: A substantive response will ordinarily be provided within thirty (30) calendar days of the acknowledgement, unless exceptional circumstances require additional time. Where additional time is needed, the requestor will be notified via the provided email address.

• Requests must clearly identify the domain name concerned and describe the purpose for which the data is requested.
• The stated purpose must be legitimate, lawful, and proportionate (for example, matters relating to intellectual property rights, fraud, abuse, or legal proceedings).
