Your Responsibility

Domain Renewal Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth domain registration experience and prevent service disruption, we have outlined the responsibilities of both our company and our customers. This helps maintain clarity, accountability, and compliance with domain management best practices.

Our Responsibilities

As your domain registrar, we are committed to supporting you throughout your domain lifecycle. Our responsibilities include:

Access to Management Tools

We provide customers with a secure and reliable platform to manage domain settings, renewals, and DNS configurations

Timely Renewal Notifications

We send multiple reminders before and after a domain expires. These reminders are sent to the primary contact email on file and serve to alert you of upcoming renewals.

Optional Auto-Renewal Feature

While we do not enable auto-renewal by default, customers may choose to activate it. If enabled, we will attempt to renew the domain using your stored payment method before it expires.

Grace and Redemption Period Enforcement

We follow domain lifecycle standards by offering a grace period and a redemption period after expiration, giving you time to renew or restore your domain if missed.

Compliance with ICANN Standards

We operate in accordance with ICANN’s domain policies, including those related to expiration notices, recovery periods, and customer rights.

Customer Assistance

We offer support to help resolve renewal issues, update account information, or recover expired domains where applicable.

Customer Responsibilities

To retain full control of your domain and prevent service interruption, we ask that customers:

Renew Domains Promptly

You are responsible for renewing your domain before its expiration date unless you have chosen to enable auto-renewal. Domains that are not renewed will expire and may eventually be deleted or registered by someone else.

Enable Auto-Renewal (If Preferred)

Auto-renewal is available but must be turned on manually. If you prefer not to manage renewals manually, we encourage you to enable this option in your account.

Keep Contact Information Up to Date

Please ensure your email address and phone number are accurate so that you can receive renewal notices and other important domain-related updates.

Monitor Notifications

Check your email (including spam/junk folders) regularly for renewal reminders or account alerts. Ignoring these messages may lead to missed renewals.

Understand Domain Timelines

Be aware of the domain lifecycle — including expiration, grace periods, redemption fees, and final deletion — so you can act within the right time frame.

Maintain Backup and Continuity

If your domain is linked to a website or email service, keep backups in place. Domain expiration may cause service disruption until the domain is renewed.
